Dairy Filtration
Filtration in dairy plants is critical. Milk, ice cream, and cheese can become contaminated if filtration is not present.
Compressed air in the plants must be bacteria-free and oil-free. Make up water should be filtered to 0.2 micron, and UV lights used to reduce biological threats.
Even floor wash down water should be treated to avoid build up over time.
