Delivering Quality Filtration Since 1946
To maintain clarity and reduce the amount of yeast in wine bottles, filtration is employed.
In white wine, 0.45 micron is good for clarity. Red wine requires 0.65 micron in order to maintain color.
Polyethersulfone membranes are regularly used, as they do not require wetting, and flow well.
