Beer Trap Filtration

Beer trap filtration usually involves removing diatomaceous earth particles that slip out of plate and frame systems or bulk filters. Pleated filters are built with support for bi-directional flow, allowing backwashing. Beer polishing removes cloudiness from your bottled product. Better backwashing and flow capabilities come from pleated filters vs. depth melt blown filters.
