NSF61 Certified Filter Cartridges

H.C. Warner, Inc. helped Parker develop the standard for R/O prefiltration with wound filter cartridges: the HFT specification (HFT5M40A-DUN).  These are very high quality wound filter cartridges made to a full 2.5” diameter to insure plenty of media to trap particulate prior to your very expensive membranes.  Made of FDA Grade materials, these filters, both wound and melt blown polypropylene are the industry standard for municipal R/O plants.  Typically, these plants use 5 micron, however, in plants with very good source water might use 1 micron or 3 micron in order to build differential pressure over time.  These cartridges can be used in smaller vertical housings or horizonal filter housings up to 284 round.
