Water Jetting & Water Knifes

Water Jetting and water knifes work by focusing an extremely high pressure water stream through a nozzle. This can be powerful enough to cut metal, though other applications include cutting meat filets or other food products, cutting paper, or plastics.

Depending on the application, the water must be particulate free and sometimes mineral free. R/O membranes and ultrapure water systems are common in feeding water to these systems.
