Turbine Lubricant Filtration

In fossil fuel and combined cycle plants that generate electricity through the use of steam, filtering the oil that keeps the turbine spinning freely is critical to insuring long life of the equipment. Pleated paper filters are used to remove particulate from the lubricating oil. These can handle a high flow, high dirt situation without requiring frequent change outs.
